| I found the service to be so good that I am never again going to spend hours and hours trying to fix problems that I have in truth no expertise to solve. Am about to move to Time Warner cable connection and will probably be calling CGuys to set me up so I waste no further time in computer maintenance. |

| Yes - don't know about clients in general but - in my case - when I call it's a 'life-or-death' emergency requiring IMMEDIATE ATTENTION [over-dramatizing but not by much!] It would be great to have 'floating' consultants who could fly client-side at the moment of need. Or at the very leasttake a phone call. Aware that this would take micro-planning but - wow! - would that be good! |
