Can't think of anything. You've always met my needs and I feel very comfortable calling your office.
I was pleased with the response. Kerry Ann knows that on the previous visit, issues were not resolved and I believe she worked hard to insure that they would be this time. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the effort by all.
You guys did not resolve my problem, but at least you also didn't waste my time and money. When it was clear the problem wasn't able to be fixed, you told me to just accept it, use up my minimum time and move on. I appreciated the candor --also the help selecting a new computer and configuring it.

I found the service to be so good that I am never again going to spend hours and hours trying to fix problems that I have in truth no expertise to solve. Am about to move to Time Warner cable connection and will probably be calling CGuys to set me up so I waste no further time in computer maintenance.

Both office and on-site staff have been superb in resolving my needs quickly. My one suggestion is to reduce the minimum charge time to 1 hour (60 minutes).
Yes - don't know about clients in general but - in my case - when I call it's a 'life-or-death' emergency requiring IMMEDIATE ATTENTION [over-dramatizing but not by much!] It would be great to have 'floating' consultants who could fly client-side at the moment of need. Or at the very leasttake a phone call. Aware that this would take micro-planning but - wow! - would that be good!
