At the end of every consulting transaction, our clients are automatically sent an email containing a copy of their service record and a link to our evaluation page.  This helps us keep gauge how we are doing and improve our services.  Each Computer Guys team member is forwarded a weekly copy of detailed evaluation reports so they can review what we did well and what we may need to improve.
